One month stay, apartment with bathroom in poor condition (plaster peeling off, average cleanliness) bedroom headboard held with a wedge, mediocre bedding and room clearly in need of some updating. So we don't know if the cleaning was done. Room downstairs ok. Average sofa bed. In addition, would have liked to have a south-facing apartment given the number of days stayed.

The cleanliness leaves something to be desired. Still highly recommended for families, ideal starting point for many attractions. The indoor pool and outdoor pool are very nice for sunny or rainy days when you have nothing else planned. Making the beds is a challenge, but fun in the end. The complex is in an industrial area about 5 km from the historic old town. Good shopping opportunities, the sights were quickly accessible. The two pools, indoor and outdoor, are the highlights of the complex. The apartment showed clear signs of wear and tear on the house and furnishings. The dishes were still wet from the previous occupant. Long hair in the bathtub drain could not have been mine. The staff was always friendly and helpful.

The accommodation is correct in terms of area and layout. However, the cleanliness leaves something to be desired. It's poorly equipped, no hair dryer .. you have to provide everything for cleaning: no dishwashing product, no sponge. Not even entrance mats when it often rains in Brittany! The swimming pool is dirty and the windows open to “avoid chloramines”, so there is a ventilation problem. The air is cold in winter.. we stayed there for 10min.
