I find that it is not practical to have to go through the agency to collect the keys, especially since we did not have many explanations for our arrival, we had to manage on our own.

Fully equipped, there are instructions for all electrical devices, but some are only in French. If you are staying in winter: the heating must first be reprogrammed to "on", which is a bit tedious, the instructions are only in French. After that, however, it works perfectly, including the thermostat. Parking in the underground garage is a bit inconvenient, but there is a public parking lot in front of the house.

Nice amenities for this well located apartment, close to the sea and shops while being quiet. Rental very well equipped, very clean with secure private parking in the basement.
