La Solaine

The house is well located, but the cleanliness leaves something to be desired. The bathroom, kitchen, and toilets are very old. It's a shame because the house is still very beautiful and there is a lovely garden.

Beautiful manor house with beautiful marine decor and notably a beautiful portrait of Surcouf. We regretted its lack of maintenance... the absence of a tablecloth on the dining room table and the discomfort of the bedding, particularly the beds on the first floor.

Paying €2,450 for 8 nights in mid-April for 10 people, including 3 children, should have saved us from unpleasant surprises. This isn't the case. This rental is completely overpriced and should be around €1,500. The bedding has sagging box springs, a broken lamp, a broken chair, and it's impossible to turn up the heating (although it was planned for this period). And a €50 refund as a gesture of goodwill is bordering on indecency! Avoid immediately at this price!
