Belle Rive

Arrived a week ago. Noise from cars with the living room window open. The terrace has a view of the parking lot and the neighbors. (It leaks when it rains). The apartment is functional but needs a good refresh + replacement of some equipment. The fridge, for example, only closes when it stops against the furniture. The sofa bed is hard, but the bedroom bed is good. The bathtub is a real problem! Even for small children! Approximate cleaning. Dust everywhere on and under the furniture.

Ideally located apartment. The beach is a 2-minute walk away. Bus number 9 is just downstairs, which goes directly to Saint-Malo. This is very convenient because the parking lots are always full. There's a parking space, a dream, and no stress about parking.
