A very nice and well-furnished apartment with a stunning view of the harbor and the sea. The neighborhood is very lively, but not noisy. There are good shops nearby. Everything is perfect – except that the sofas are too short, making it hard to lie down comfortably. The private parking space in the building's underground garage is worth its weight in gold.

Apartment corresponding to the description, very good standing. One point to improve the dol of the living room was not very clean. For the dishes some services not very clean. But the dishwasher changed during our stay, we had the owner all afternoon in the apartment. Parking space eo. On the other hand the interhome agency of St malo does not respect its opening hours displayed 0900 opening 0915

Tastefully renovated apartment, suitable for 6 people, with 3 really beautiful bedrooms, located on the courtyard side, therefore quiet. Beautiful living room, functional kitchen and splendid view. Very well equipped and above all very well located: 10 minutes walk from the intra muros and 5 minutes walk from the shops. Cramped elevator but which does the job very well. Note that the parking is not accessible to vehicles over 1.9m but free parking 5 minutes walk away, with vehicle visible from the balcony.
