The apartment is located on the beach near the ferry to Belle Ile en Mer. Many restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is a bit old but well equipped with everything you need. Everything was very clean and absolutely quiet at night. Only the bed in the bedroom is 1.40 m wide, a bit narrow for two, especially since a wider bed would easily fit there.

The apartment is very well located, close to the city center and shops. The sea view is magnificent. Small flat for the bathroom and the kitchen which deserve a refresh. The bathtub is difficult to access.

Rental very well located, very beautiful view of the sea, possibility of parking your vehicle and doing the shopping on foot. Small flat with the used kitchen furniture as well as the bathroom which would need a good refresh.

Very good stay spent at the residence of the dunes, no need to take your car to get around, beautiful beach in front of the residence, a few minutes walk from the city center. To do again.

THE +: Excellent location, with a view of the sea, the sound of the waves, a small terrace where you can eat, sunny all day, a well-equipped kitchenette (except the oven), a large area for a studio, proximity walk from the center. The-: the studio needs a 'coup de frais', especially the bathroom. The lack of WIFI.
