Fantastic balcony with sea view, apartment not suitable for more than 2 people in terms of size. Equipment and furniture are definitely showing their age and in urgent need of renovation. Bed in bedroom broken, kitchen furniture with worn veneer, mirrored cabinets with cracks and splinters. Apartment only superficially clean, dirt in every nook and cranny! Price/performance ratio unsatisfactory!

Beautiful apartment with exceptional view. Nevertheless, plumbing revision necessary with some other malfunctions. Parking space in the basement very difficult to access. Bed 160 cm and not 140 cm.

Hello, We had a very good stay. The apartment is very pleasant as is the terrace. A bedside lamp is missing in the bedroom. On the other hand, the parking space is inaccessible even for a city dweller. otherwise everything was spot on.

Apartment very well located. Remarkable sea view. Access to parking in the basement very complicated unless car = city car. This is the only point insufficiently reported in the announcement. Appliances and kitchen utensils not always new but in good condition. Easy free parking nearby, watch out for the market on Thursdays...
