The location on Quiberon near the beach with the terrace and the large garden is just brilliant. We spent a lovely week. The kitchen is very well equipped. The furnishings are a bit worn.

The location is unique: great view, quiet location, short walk to the sea, good infrastructure with shops and bars in St. Pierre (about 1km walk: along the sea very narrow, but very nice path, easy to walk in town) A basic renovation /-Cleaning would add value to the house.

the announcement presents a detached house with an enclosed and private garden, it is not so, this one is shared with another house attached by the garage. The cleaning is very very "light" on the other hand, the situation in front of the ocean is sublime. What a pity that this house is not better maintained given its superb potential.
