We almost didn't find the entrance to the apartment due to the lack of a bad description. The location is super central! The sofa bed mattress sags slightly, the kitchen furniture is in poor condition but the appliances work perfectly and the kitchenware is good.

I would say good and not average regarding the rating. The lighting is dark in the bathroom and kitchen. The equipment is very correct. The window door is difficult to open. The terrace is ideal and well oriented.
