Super friendly and helpful owner. The house has everything you need, including a bright and open living area. A lovely garden with a swimming pool, trampoline, and swings for the grandchildren, and beautiful surroundings for walking and cycling. Not far from beautiful beaches.

All the amenities you could wish for, well presented family home, with pool trampoline, swing, ping pong, and disabled friendly Covered car Port for loading and unloading. Lovely quiet rural location but only 4 minutes drive from the nearest shop, and less than 15 minutes to a beautiful beach. The town of Lannion provides everything in one place! J. the owner lives on the lower ground floor so is on hand for any requirements, and was very kind and helpful. Would definitely visit again!

We were six adults, two small children and a dog in the large and very well-equipped house. Everyone had a great time, also because of the very quiet surroundings. The landlord is particularly friendly and always ready to help, but very reserved. All in all, a recommendation.

Beautifully located accommodation with a very nice, large garden. Ideal for travelers with a dog. A bit out of the way - a car is essential. The pool is a bit old but neat. The property is well maintained and the landlord is very nice and helpful but not pushy.

Nestled in a pleasant and green countryside, very close to the sea, this residence has all the assets for a successful holiday. It is spacious enough to meet with family or friends and the presence of a swimming pool and outdoor games in a large enclosed space contributes to this. Everything is fine for adults and children as well as for animals. The house is well equipped. The owner is attentive and very discreet. I recommend this rental.
