The house is in general good condition and has basic furnishings. However, there is a certain backlog of repairs - wooden bench and umbrella on the terrace are broken, electrical appliances in the kitchen are partly not working, curtains in the bedrooms are torn, lamps are broken... Although the house is very charming and in a fantastic location, the first impression is sobering due to insufficient cleanliness. A professional thorough cleaning would be necessary.

The wonderfully located villa with a fantastic view of the coast and the sea, traditional, stately furnishings and plenty of space in the house and on the terrace has really impressed us all.

Lovely house and excellent location

A great house with lots of charm. Extensive equipment, especially in the kitchen. The terrace is the absolute highlight. It's a pity that some windows were mostly blind due to the weather. There are so many beautiful berths around the house. It would be nice if the pillows and cushions were stored more protected to prevent mold stains.

Very good location and surroundings. Many excursion destinations and restaurants. Can be recommended unreservedly.

Perfect location. Quiet and yet central. Unsurpassed views directly high above the sea looking straight at the Seven Islands and to the left at the beach. Great balconies and terraces, large windows. Large property with many retreats and ample parking space in front of the house. Driveway is paved and easy to drive. Nothing is missing in the house. Fabric-covered walls and stucco on the ceilings convey a French style – sometimes also from the bourgeois 1970s.
