Old villa ideally located but... catastrophic maintenance, dust everywhere, mold everywhere, damp smells everywhere, even having booked 2 months in advance, no cleaning ???? Not even a bath mat at the foot of the bathtub, not even a little homemade 99ct deodorant!!!!!! Maximum profitability, that's all. And a big hole with barriers in the middle of the garden ???? Luckily we didn't have our grandchildren with us!!!!

a house that we rent every year, always in need of a huge refresh inside, this year the ants were in the game... hard to sleep with... missing a tap outside to rinse the feet. ideal location! we will still come back hoping as every year an awareness of the owner

Location on the beach was great; Great water and beach! But : sea view only possible from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. Otherwise blocked by parked cars. In addition, around 2,500 vehicles a day at the weekend. property neglected; War bunker is used to store garden waste. Garden furniture is outdated, run down and belongs in bulky waste. Interior run down and 50 years old. electronics ok; TV very small and only analogue. Dishes thrown together, chipped, etc.

It was our 2nd stay in this location Ideal location especially with small children. On the other hand, the house needs a good interior renovation. Hot water problem for shower and kitchen. Unusable vacuum cleaner. Considering the rental price for a week, I think that a crockery kit, for example, would be useful. Same for toilet paper. General cleanliness and especially the dishes to be reviewed!

The location of this cottage is "first class"! The opposite beach a dream! However, it is now clear why the exposé only contains photos of the decorative exterior facade: the house is carelessly furnished on the inside. Miscellaneous furniture-some of which are broken. Arching "pictures" on the wall. ZTbroken crockery, where you can hurt yourself. Then basic things like can openers and corkscrews are missing. Safety: Doors and windows can be pushed open without any problems

Very nice location and beautiful view for a beach stay in Carnac. The house deserves to be renovated a minimum inside (bathrooms and kitchen) and the updated decoration. One or two large parasols would not be too much to be able to enjoy the garden when the weather is nice.
