Apartment which could be great if the carpet was changed (it is coming off in the entrance), if the wardrobe doors in the bedroom slid properly, if there were three chairs around the table, and above all if there there was no alternating traffic just under the terrace: noise smell of gasoline that make it practically unusable.

very nice rental with a magnificent view of the sea with a large terrace, 2 small flats a real sofa for sleeping would be necessary, the one in place is not comfortable, and a little refreshment of the apartment would be more pleasant

Very nice little apartment, very clean with a beautiful view of the bay of Saint Malo. Good bedding. The apartment faces the magnificent "promenade du clair de lune" which runs along the sea and a stone's throw from the center with its shops, terraces and restaurants. Very significant parking and, contrary to some comments, quite accessible to large cars (Audi A6 station wagon). In addition, not far from Cancale, Saint Malo, Mont Saint Michel, Cap Fréhel.. Home non-existent. On arrival, manage alone in a residence devoid of any signage. And, moreover, on Interhome document, incorrect indication of building (E. 2 instead of 1). A parking box super difficult to use (we had to leave the car outside). The local staff does not seem concerned.

pleasant apartment in well maintained residence. however carpet in all rooms. preference for floating floors or tiles.

The apartment and the residence are very pleasant, well located, with a very pleasant sea view terrace for meals. The bedding is very comfortable and the box very useful in this very beautiful city where parking is complicated. Point of improvement: the decoration to be rejuvenated and refreshments to be planned.

Apparently spacious with quality services. Excellent dairy, a beautiful terrace with sea view and a penetrating sun in the morning. Nothing was missing for a pleasant stay. Free box adjoining the building, very practical when you know that in the city center of Dinard all the car parks are paying.

Functional accommodation very well located in hypercentre, with garage and large covered balcony, sea view.

Apartment as advertised. Superb sea view but it would be good to specify that the parking space is a small box for a current vehicle and that the dishes were not clean. It would be nice to have a coffee maker and kettle available for 3 people.

Great location. Decoration to refresh. Bathroom to redo because unsuitable for people of a certain age (removal of the bath). Wifi connections to review. Excellent bedding. We recommend it.
