Breathtaking view and ideal location. The only negative is that the apartment could do with a refresh to bring it ups to date from the 80/90s.

Poor balcony seating: no cushions, cheap plastic chairs; Very good view, kitchen: only two very large pots, oven cannot be used because there is no description

Everything is to be recommended, specifying that the parking lot is unusable, width, length, turning if another vehicle is in its place and that outside, it is paying by the hour...

We had a good holiday, the apartment is very well located, a change of bed is required in the main bedroom otherwise the rest is suitable. The most of this apartment is the view, extraordinary !!!!

The apartment is in a great location with a fantastic view of the sea, ideal for two people. Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired: oven, extractor hood, kitchen drawers including content, bathtub, upholstered suite, terrace. No water pressure in the shower, had to remove the shower head to be able to take a shower.

The equipment and cleanliness of the apartment were bad. The view and location were great.

Apartment ideally located in Dinard, enjoying an exceptional view of the sea, tastefully decorated and well designed. One of the bedrooms is cramped but the owners have nothing to do with it.

A beautiful apartment, spacious and comfortable, with a splendid view over the bay of St Malo and perfectly located in Dinard. A few minutes walk from the Ecluse pkage and the most beautiful walks in Dinard. Close to the center and its shops. 2 small negative points, the bedroom blind does not close and it is difficult to maneuver and park in the small car park. But these small inconveniences absolutely do not affect our stay in this apartment.

Give the dimensions of the parking space because very narrow even for a compact type car.

Spacious, functional, clean apartment, enjoying a breathtaking view of the bay of Saint Malo. Very well located for shops, pier, beaches. Beware of the private parking space, access is difficult for large vehicles (suv, minivan, etc.)

The view is very beautiful. The kitchen is well equipped. The upstairs bedroom has only a skylight. The 2 room, open to the stairs, has no windows, only glass blocks. Cannot be opened for ventilation. Both rooms upstairs have air conditioning. Shower in the bathtub, unfortunately without slip stop. So getting out is slippery. The parking lot is very small, only about 220 cm wide. The neighbor has a bigger car. Therefore, after parking, you can hardly open the car door.

A wonderful view and a quiet apartment

Very nice vacation rental, comfortable, well located in Dinard, with an exceptional view. Note: there are not really two bedrooms, but rather a bedroom and a sleeping area on the mezzanine (open to the living room). In addition, the parking space is very small and its access is made to the “millimeter”: beware of large cars! We had a pleasant stay there.
