It really doesn't match what we saw, we arrived the apartment was dirty, there was a horrible smell that we couldn't get rid of, in terms of insulation, it really needs to be reviewed

Satisfactory accommodation, the minimum is there, downside: poor sound insulation, positive point: very close to the sea

The apartment is good overall for sleeping there but not suitable for people over 1.80m in relation to the shower, we are limited to touching the ceiling but we make do with it. The cleaning was limited to found sand under the bed and the fridge should not be moved much we had to remove it because there is a big spider which was sneaking behind and we cleaned everything that had in it below. The weak point is the street, dangerous compared to the vh which passes quickly

This rental totally suited us with my girlfriend and I. Everything is functional and it is very well located, close to dinard and 200 m from the sea and a path that runs along it.

Insulation is not enough to have privacy. We heard the neighbors upstairs daily, whatever the time. An exasperating situation when it is necessary to put children to sleep. As if they were with us...

Very good for the few nights spent. We feel that the minimum is done to aim for profitability. The only downside would be the cleaning which was not very well done.

A freezer with the refrigerator would be more suitable for the accommodation, the dishes were dirty, the shower curtain cut in several places. The good point a very good bedding.
