2 minutes walk from the beach, 10 minutes from shops, bright apartment, be careful if you have a station wagon, it will be difficult to park in the box. I recommend this rental.

Quiet, clean, functional residence, close to the sea.

Beautiful residence with access to the beach and private garage. The apartment, for the asking price (1000€ at the end of August), is a little disappointing: - dirty kitchen on arrival (oven, cutlery, cupboards, toaster badly or not cleaned). - bathroom with degraded joints. - terrace without any privacy. - very uncomfortable couch. No response to our inventory email on arrival.

Very pleasant apartment with underground garage, wooded setting and magnificent view of the port of Saint-Malo. Direct access to Prieuré beach (a bit steep if walking is difficult). Excellent responsiveness from the agency. Average toilet cleaning, otherwise very clean. Pleasant terrace with 2 deckchairs.

Beautiful practically furnished apartments in a fantastic location in Dinard. Parking space in underground garage included. Beach right on your doorstep, Dinard center within walking distance.

The apartment is located in a beautiful and well-kept complex. However, it has flaws in the details. The bathroom has no window so there is mold in the shower which was only removed upon our notice. In addition, a towel and toilet roll holder are missing in the separate toilet. A dining table chair broke apart during our stay. The agency tried to fix it immediately.

Functional accommodation with pretty terrace with sea view. Closed car park very pleasant to park your car. Small shopping center in the immediate vicinity by car. Priory beach at the foot of the residence with direct access. The market, restaurants, shops and piers a short kilometer away on foot but is done along the sea. The only small problem, the apartment is surely very cold if the weather is bad and the corridor leading to it is freezing.
