The pull-out sofa is a bit old. The seating comfort on the seat was very uncomfortable because of the imitation leather cover.

We had a good stay, only downside, the bedding which is not great. We had back pain. For the rest, small well-appointed, well-equipped and well-appointed studio. Nice location for good walks on the GR.

In a nice setting with a beautiful view of the sea. Too bad the furniture is starting to date. Well equipped. The bathtub and the garden furniture must be changed. We had a good stay in Dinard which we walked from the apartment.

Apartment not clean on arrival: cobwebs and dust. Exterior, dirty ceiling and floor, weeds on terrace, cobwebs. Small but functional studio apartment. Small and very cluttered bathroom. Inability to take a shower: cramped bath space and shower head hose too short. On the terrace the table seats were damaged and unusable. Parking too far from the studio: luggage transport problem. Shops too far away

Apartment very small and with insufficient space. Only sofa bed available. Not recommended for longer stays. No place to put suitcases. View from the balcony and location very nice, underground car park very dark and low height. A briefing on the equipment and the special features of the facility (e.g. access and waste disposal) would be recommended. The apartment cannot be found directly in the complex. A graphic would be recommended. Cleanliness not available everywhere.

The studio was ideally located, very bright thanks to its two large French windows. Fairly well-equipped kitchen (maybe missing some salt and pepper).

Unobstructed view, beautiful light, very quiet, but the apartment is a bit narrow. I regret that the remote control is a little defective. I recommend for a couple and a short stay.

Small well-appointed studio in a quiet residence overlooking the sea. Near a customs trail. And a beach. Small flat no drop-off possible next to the habitat And distant garage. Hot water tank too small even when paying attention.

Very beautiful 2-room apartment, very bright, lots of kitchen utensils, storage... The main room is very bright, very pleasant. Only real downsides; we heard the neighbours' baby crying and the parking lot was a bit far from the apartment. But overall very satisfied with this rental.
