This is the third time we have rented the house, the location in the city center is very convenient, the house is large, the bedding is very comfortable but be careful with the cleaning because it is not done well, dust under the beds and under the carpet, a pacifier on the floor certainly left by the previous tenants. Toilet paper dispensers should be installed, there is space. To have wifi you have to pay, it is unacceptable in 2025, it should be included in the rental.

Ideal location, it's all that remains of this rental that we had already taken in previous years. No internet, no television, dirty duvets and pillows, non-existent kitchen equipment. Filthy oven, shame

Third year that we repeat in this house and a success as always.

This is the second time we have stayed in this house, we are very satisfied with it, it is spacious with a high ceiling so very airy and a large living room, 4 beautiful comfortable bedrooms, well located in the city center. Small downside on the cleaning: a lot of dust under the beds....

The Monceau apartment is very well located in the center of Dinard. A location for a car is available. I was able to park my Espace 5. The furnishings are very spartan and old-fashioned. The kitchen did not have a cup for tea or a large bowl if we had children. The bedding is comfortable. The garbage cans are a 10 minute walk away.

Spacious and bright townhouse. Nicely renovated and decorated. Very pleasant living space, but perhaps a bit tight for 8 people (dining table in particular) Very well located, everything is on foot. The only downside is that the bins must be deposited in a car park 5 minutes away on foot, not pleasant to cross the city like this...
