The house has an excellent location and must have been beautiful... in the past. Today it is unfit for rental because it is dirty and dilapidated: worn or even broken furniture, faulty electrical equipment, bedding of very questionable cleanliness, outdated toilets, presence of a whole bric-a-brac of rusty, broken and dirty objects in the cupboards and dressers. The condition of this house has not been checked (keys given for an entrance gate that has been unusable for a long time...).

Excellent location, charming villa but - garden not usable because not maintained - kitchen furniture at height of questionable cleanliness - armchairs in the large bedroom disgusting and questionable pillows in this same room - small bedroom with single beds not cleaned - rusty washing machine at the bottom of a cluttered basement - many classic free French television channels not accessible - electric gate broken so services not in line with the price asked

Very nice house

We booked the accommodation with our adult children and their partners. She has met our expectations very much. We had a very nice time there. The house is very spacious with a large kitchen and a wonderful terrace and plenty of space for everyone. The view of the sea and the bay is beautiful.

The house is in a fantastic location, is stylishly furnished, but we can only confirm the critical comments about the lack of cleanliness and the poor condition of the rooms and sanitary facilities.

We liked the house overall, very nice location, nice rooms, very well equipped, large kitchen, terrace and garden are very inviting. We didn't like the bed in the small bedroom as much, the mattress is in dire need of renewal, as is the shower, which couldn't be fixed. The failure of many light bulbs was also annoying. We found the waste disposal to be annoying, transporting stinking garbage bags through the city twice a week - is that really necessary????

To be precise, we would rather say "good" as an intermediate qualification between "average" and "very good". The house is vast, the panorama over the Rance estuary and the ramparts of Saint Malo is beautiful; pleasant terrace and garden. Calm neighborhood. High price for all the services.

Very good location and exceptional view Unfortunately the villa was not clean. Microwave, oven, dishes, sink, toilet was dirty. Dirty dining table We cleaned for 3 hours before settling there. We took out the dishes needed to wash it and put them on paper towel so as not to touch the cupboards.

Very pretty house a few steps from the city center and sublime view of Dinard and Saint Malo - pretty terrace and garden. Ideal for holidays and weekends

We very much appreciated this beautiful spacious house, with a plush interior, ideally located a stone's throw from the walks and the town centre. The view of Saint-Malo and part of the Ecluse beach is spectacular. The only disappointing point is the dilapidated state of the interior (flaking paint, cobwebs, old-fashioned kitchen cupboards). But electric shutters and kitchen utensils in very good condition.
