The accommodation is well located and bright, which is nice. But the bedding (bed and sofa bed) absolutely needs to be changed because it hurts your back. The equipment (duvets, pillows, pots and pans etc.) also needs to be renewed. In addition, the accommodation was not very clean when we arrived. The Interhome team is very friendly. We will come back when the bedding has been changed ;)

Very pleasant stay in this spacious, bright and very well located apartment.

Excellent stay for the New Year in Dinard. The photos are absolutely consistent with reality view of the rooftops in the living room and the beach of the Prieuré and St Servan (St Malo) from the bedroom. This unobstructed view has to be earned, the stairs are a bit steep!! The apartment is very well located close to shops and beaches, a stone's throw from the Clair de Lune promenade. I highly recommend this rental and will be happy to come back. Two very nice little restaurants in the street.

Cleanliness was not up to par, blocked shower, dust clogged vacuum cleaner, nail clippings under sofas. The pillows are out of order. They have to be changed.

The apartment is very well located, tastefully decorated. The views are very nice. We were very disappointed with the cleaning service. There were hairs and hairs on the bed, the fridge had fingerprints everywhere, there was dust on the furniture, I'm not talking about underneath... The blankets in my wardrobes weren't even folded, they were bundled up in the cupboards and the bathroom trash can was not emptied. In times of covid, my expectations are higher.

Nice apartment, but 5 floors to climb, a bit complicated, management of complicated trash cans (crossing the city with your trash cans) no products, everything to buy household not at all top notch :(
