The central location of the apartment was a positive point. The parking situation remains a disadvantage (also in the future) if you arrive with your own vehicle. The only nearby free parking space was changed during our stay. In the future, this will also have to be paid for.

Rental not meeting our expectations. No customer follow-up in the event of a problem. Totally uncomfortable sofa, stained armchairs, no light in the kitchen, missing bedside lamps in the living room and in the bedroom. The bathroom is functional, of course, but rather old-fashioned and for the toilet you have to flush the toilet several times. Finally, everything is optional and payable (wifi, towels, tea towels) deposit required but for what services?

Very bright and nicely decorated apartment. Bedroom with good bedding. One downside: missing a bedside table and its lamp in addition to a ceiling light. Comfortable main room. It overlooks the noisy market place because music is played all day. Good kitchen and bathroom. Apartment located in the center, everything on foot, 2 steps from the halls, free parking possible. But on the 2nd floor with very steep stairs!

The apartment is big enough for 3 people, a bit tight for 4 as advertised. Very well located - 2 steps from the Dinard market and 10 minutes walk from the lock beach. All equipment works well. The bedding is okay. The apartment is clean, with a small downside to the WC/bathroom. On the other hand, there is no air conditioning - knowing that the apartment is located under the roofs of a small residence. No internet, no elevator, no parking.

location of the rental very well located near the traders and in front of the market hall. only downside the car park we are in the blue zone and it is very difficult to find a place to park. ps there is a vsl washer but there is therefore a lack of plates (6??? a little tight otherwise you have to run the lvs every day and therefore consume electricity)

The apartment is very well located, near the center and 5 min walk from the lock beach. It is well equipped and pleasant. On the other hand, the services provided are not up to standard: stained sheet, disposable paper bath mat, no tea towel, no basic food kit (salt, oil, etc.) perhaps because of covid, hunting for water that you have to draw twice... You have to bring your sheets back to the agency (cumbersome), bring the garbage cans to a street container which in fact only takes the recyclables...

Small 2-room apartment with fairly simple but clean comfort in an old building on the 2nd floor without a lift. Not recommended for seniors or people with reduced mobility. No parking space, very difficult parking. Well located in the city center opposite the market square but a bit noisy in summer. Very suitable for a couple, a little small for 4 people.
