Apartment in a great residence and very well located. Very well equipped and large for 2 people. Exceptional view from the terrace: the sea, Dinard and Saint Malo.

Very cramped bathroom, should be reported, because people of good weight could not shower there, as well as the toilets, for my part 46k I was careful not to drop the shower walls. Otherwise the agency's immediate reaction to the problem, the rest is fine, nothing more, the terrace is well located and pleasant.

Well placed and very quiet accommodation for visiting Dinard and its region. Ideal for two people. Just a small flat compared to cleaning at the end of the season!

our accommodation was really at the top with a superb view! nothing to say about the crockery it's very complete, we have never seen a holiday accommodation with so many crockery, so much storage! if we had to do it again, we wouldn't hesitate for a second! Thanks

Beautiful setting and view. Very average equipment: Seized bay windows, cobwebs, plastic cupboards, dilapidated hob, broken kitchen drawer, broken knives, microscopic shower.

Perfect location, apartment corresponds to the announcement but accessories (cutlery, trash can, coffee maker, etc.) of poor quality and bay windows that get stuck.

Very nice terrace offering a magnificent view of the sea and Saint-Malo. Fortunately, however, the gardeners came to trim the hedge because during our first two days, we had to be standing to enjoy this view… too bad. The cleaning, on the other hand, leaves something to be desired: above baseboards and radiators, angle behind the TV, as for the vents of VMC, there is a lot to do! Otherwise, comfortable apartment in a very secure and quiet residence in a very beautiful park.

Apartment well located, very quiet very well arranged and very clean. We had a good weekend.

Ideal for 2 people Well equipped

The accommodation is ideally located, in a quiet, rejuvenating place. Access to the apartment is well explained on the documents given on arrival, however, some equipment such as tea towels are missing, and some furniture such as the kitchen should be changed. The cutlery is of poor quality.

In the Residence Parc de la Ronceray. Secure underground parking. Very well maintained gardens and a nice sea view. On the ground floor and parking very close to the entrance but very difficult to use the place with a large space carrying bicycles (site with pillar). Furniture a little worn and of low quality. Key delivery system (and laundry return) in town painful. WiFi extra and expensive.

The apartment is a good size for two people. The view is magnificent of the sea from the terrace which is pleasant. The bed is comfortable. The decoration is warm. However the shower is too small with one of the walls which does not unfold completely and further reduces the space in the shower. The column with the glasses and cups works poorly with the drawer that you have to open to open the door. The bay window doors are difficult to open. The toilet seat is loose so it moves when you sit down. The beach is 300m away but not accessible for everyone with a very steep path and to access it you have to go all around the residence. The arrival times at 4 p.m. and departure at 10 a.m. are too strict. The separation between the living room and the bedroom is made with a transparent glass door so apart from vacations in couple this can be a problem. Spider web in the bathroom.

Very clean accommodation and very well located. Attention: Very small bathroom with high step for access.

Magnificent studio where nothing is missing and where life is good! It feels like home ... and a magnificent view of Dinard! 100% recommended! #

The apartment is not functional. The bathroom is really small, the bedroom is closed off by bay windows, the furniture is disparate... Only a magnificent view saves the whole thing.
