The house, although bright and well located, is not at all up to the advertisement. Poorly done cleaning or not at all in some places, TV out of order, garden furniture partly broken or poorly maintained like the garden. Non-blackout blind or pieces of blackout curtain with broken rod to cope with the lack of shutters, sofa in poor condition, dirty oven, rickety dishwasher, kitchenware in poor condition, dirty shower cubicle and VMC, creaky parquet floor and the list goes on...

location well located in the center of Cancale 2 steps from the beautiful beach of Port Briac. Well equipped kitchen. Beautiful spacious and functional living room. The cleaning leaves a little to be desired, especially the air vents and the exteriors. The bedding is very average for the asking price.

The overall impression is very positive; only these devices should be exchanged for new ones: the oven was unhygienic. The hair dryer sticks. The frying pans should also be replaced with new ones. BUT THESE ARE SMALL FACTS. THE HOUSE ITSELF IS VERY BEAUTIFUL AND OFFERS A PERFECT STARTING POSITION FOR ACTIVITIES...HIKING...BIKING TOURS...CAR EXCURSIONS. ALSO THE PARKING SITUATION IS RELAXED. In the long run there could be new sofas.
