Inside urgently needs a refurbishment Sills outside are not cleaned. The roller shutter in the bedroom was dirty. Just open the window and you can clean it in no time. If you have to pay for final cleaning, you can expect these things to be clean as well. Sincerely ....

Residence very well placed to radiate in this superb region. The residence is however very aging and the furniture is dated. We got a great rate on Spring Break. But if we had had to pay the amounts requested for the summer period, we would have been disappointed. The team in place is very efficient and friendly m.

very badly maintained house: very stained mattress, furniture patched up with tape, crack, loose wrist, scribbles on the walls, traces of humidity, smell of cigarettes, damp carpet, minimalist kitchen equipment (no oven and a only stove) premises: laundry with a single machine for the entire residence, swimming pool not maintained (very random cleaning), reception closed from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m., tennis net broken only positive point: the location to discover the region

The apartment is really very simply furnished. Songs smelled quite musty, the walls and curtains were dirty. the best thing is the location of the facility!

spacious and well located accommodation in St Paul de Léon. On the other hand, the walls and cupboard doors are very dirty. Very few crockery available: accommodation for 6 with 5 forks and 4 teaspoons, a single frying pan etc... very friendly welcome but accommodation to be seriously refreshed

Usually my experience in such holiday residences is always the same: when one is clean, one can brush twice, ie both on arrival and on departure. On arrival 3/4 pack of wet wipes used to remove the thick layer of dust. furniture, pillows all swept up really disgusting, carpet not even vacuumed; on departure: to clean, first have to tinker with all the hair tangles from the sanding brush, yuck how dirty! No more holiday residences from now on.

The accommodation was very dirty, poorly maintained with many technical problems. The equipment dating from at least 20 years and damaged in short I do not recommend not to mention that the swimming pools are dirty and the interior not heated to 28° contrary to what is written on the site.

The grounds are pretty, the apartments are relatively spacious for holiday rentals and are well equipped. The existing dishwasher is already a pleasant luxury. For the price...really great, the well-known shortcomings (intensive basic cleaning required immediately after moving in, thin walls, rattling doors, noisy chairs against the back, expensive WLAN,...) just have to be taken into account. We would still like to come back a third time.

Ideal location because you can do everything on foot. The sea is 1 km away as is the city center. A shuttle is set up in summer from the residence to the city center. Well equipped rental. Only downside: there tv is extra like Wi-Fi

Pleasant residence with young children and ideally located between the city center and the beach. Very strong smell of cigarettes in the house when we arrived and sloppy cleaning: end-of-stay cleaning was offered to us. Landscaping of the residence typed very "nature" but which could be a little more maintained outside the reception area. There is only one washing machine and one dryer for the entire residence. Otherwise, everything else was fine.

Very convenient residence location. Functional and slightly dilapidated apartment Lacks a bit of natural light (entrance, stairs, wc and living room), kitchen area a bit simple. Weak intermediate cleaning and unattractive cleaning package for this to change, particularly given the lack of basic equipment. the cleaning kit should be provided: 5 € for a tablet, 2cl of product and 1 low-end sponge is a bit over the top 1 single washing machine for 100 insufficient dwellings. Location well located for visiting northern Finistère. The green spaces are not maintained, too bad. The gym is small with only 3 machines. The outdoor swimming pool is well heated, fortunately because it is not very hot in the region, even in August.

We had reserved a house for 6 but we were only 2 adults and 1 child. We had enough space but for 6 people I think this accommodation is really too small. The pool, both indoor and outdoor, was well maintained.

Residence well located and well equipped. Baby equipment loaned on site so top but baby bath that does not fit in the bath not very practical. Literature not great. There are blankets and not a duvet too bad.

Another great holiday in Brittany. The residence is definitely recommended. Not far from the city center and the beach, also not far from surrounding places. Complex very quiet and relaxing, also with the pools.

The facility and apartment are nice and clean, the facilities are a bit spartan, the on-site support is good, also in English. Missing garden chair was brought immediately. Bought a wax cover for the garden table because it was very unsightly. No seat cushions, no sink in the toilet, beds a bit hard. Pools clean and ok, tennis court gladly and frequently used (think of racquets!). Would it be better if the final cleaning was always done by the landlord. Overall nice holiday, value for money okay.

It is a prime holiday complex, well laid out, good location, close to the small town of St Pol de Leon and 10 minutes walk from the sea. Pool, gym, green areas are ok. The houses are rather spartan. Facility, eg beds of the simplest, separate toilet without sink. 4 garden chairs in the 6-person house. The staff is friendly, defects are fixed immediately. The facility looks clean and tidy. WLAN in the house costs 27 € / week / family. For this you get 3 accesses. WLAN free of charge around the reception, that's also sufficient. TV cost 42 €/week, we didn't use it.
