A lovely spot in a quiet residential area about 2 km from Saint Pol de Leon, a charming town bustling with activity in the summer, including supermarkets, a weekly market, and inviting terraces. The house is decorated in a slightly retro style, but otherwise, it has everything you need for a pleasant stay with a sublime view of the bay. Kersaliou beach is a 5-minute walk away. It's a lovely, shady sandy beach. The GR34 passes right by the house, and there's also a well-marked cycle route towards Roscoff.

It was a great holiday in a beautifully situated house. Great view over the bay, fantastic enclosed garden, ideal for children and animals. Good layout with spacious rooms. The picturesque surroundings invite you to many great excursions (Roscoff, Île de Batz, Île Louet, Château du Taureau, Cairn de Barnenez, various menhirs, Baie du Kernic, etc.). Not to forget the markets with the culinary delicacies. Highly recommended: Pizzeria Kreisker (Pizza Pêcheur and Paysanne)

The property and garden are beautiful. The house itself needed some renovations. For example, one of the patio doors was broken and was only being held shut by a chair, more or less.

Nice house, spacious, large enclosed garden. Quiet location, nice view of the sea. 5 minutes walk to beach and sea. Comfortable beds. Somewhat outdated kitchen utensils.
