Le sporting Apartment 3 Saint Gervais, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes

This is our 2nd stay in this apartment and we are still satisfied with it. It is very well placed. Small downsides: a smell of urine in the bathroom upon our arrival and a touch of "youth" wouldn't do the apartment any harm.

Nice and relatively well connected apartment. Flat on the refrigerator which hardly worked anymore. We will come back !

The apartment includes everything you need but it would deserve a refurbishment and a restoration of the bathroom as well as a cleaning of the terrace where weeds and rubbish have taken over. The road is very busy and makes it difficult to sleep with the window ajar at night.

Most: - The location, perfect, with access to the center of the village on foot in a few minutes, as well as to the swimming pool. - clean accommodation - covered parking space - nice terrace Cons: - much too noisy because of the road which passes just below - not cool the cleaning staff who think that you have already left the last day at 9am and who opens the door with the key while you are washing...

Pros: - Well located - Large bedroom - Large terrace - Covered parking space - Well equipped Cons: - The bedding is not up to standard for the 2 large beds. For 10 days, it's a problem... - Little unoccupied storage - Proximity to the route des contamines. Windows closed, no problem (they are of good quality) but when the window is open it can be inconvenient...

The accommodation is close to the center of the swimming pool and the ice rink The contaminated direction road is not disturbing. Having a covered car park is comfortable There is a bit of a negative in the rental too many dishes so no place for groceries and cushions and duvets to be reviewed
