Very pleasant, bright and functional duplex. Exterior equipped with a corner terrace allowing you to enjoy the sunshine. Very well equipped (only missing a microwave). Direct access to the center of St Gervais and private underground parking is a plus.

Spacious and well appointed apartment. 2 bathrooms (enough) and not 3 as specified in the ad. Located in the city center about 15 minutes walk from the gondola. A flat on the rental, noise of trolleys every morning from 6:30 am due to the supermarket placed just below the apartment. Difficult to rest.

Nice apartment well decorated and very well equipped (still missing a microwave!) Relatively quiet despite the location in the city center. The only downside is the noise from 7:30 a.m. of the rolling carts of the XXX XXX located under the apartment and the very practical but very very small underground garage! (Saloon, station wagon or 4x4 do not fit).
