This accommodation has many advantages: parking, swimming pool, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (although small), dishwasher, (small) balcony and ideally located next to the cable car to go up (Bettex) or down (Fayet), cleaning included. On the downside: very dark apartment (light even in broad daylight in August), view of trees a few meters away (a shame, there would be a beautiful view of the Araris without the trees), broken toilet seat, a socket in the bedroom out of order, ...

Nice house, in a beautiful village, and accessible to the French Alps. It has everything, including a dishwasher, the only thing missing is a washing machine.

Positives: the location is excellent if you want proximity to the main tele-cabine. Generally the flat is well equipped.Negatives: The apartment is on the north side so no sunshine. The furniture is dated and basic. The single bedroom with bunks is tiny. The (tiny) shower’s curtain is too short so water runs all over the shower room floor. Noise insulation is non existent between floors and walls of other apartments. No washing machine or access the central laundry room. Wi-Fi is a rip off.

We stayed a little over a week in this accommodation. There were 4 of us and it was very good for us. The second bathroom has been used as a very useful annex. Also note that the accommodation is well equipped with kettle, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster, oven and microwave and raclette machine. Only downsides, the northern exposure and the lack of light (even if it was specified in the ad), and the heated swimming pool was not very hot but the weather was not pleasant.

dust everywhere. Appliances in very poor condition and old and to top it all off, a terrible smell in the toilets despite our intervention to thoroughly clean the toilets. Other people have had the same problem. I warned the cleaning ladies who did nothing. Residence not to be recommended.

Rental located on the ground floor equipped correctly. Never been able to take advantage of the terrace because it was dark 24 hours a day; artificial light throughout the stay. Very approximate household. I do not recommend this rental.

Good well sorted apartment in excellent location with parking - don’t want to say much more as would like to book again in the future ! Must not make it too popular
