very small studio facing the path (not very intimate) in an old building not at all soundproofed where therefore the calm depends on the other occupants unfortunately. The room which has a door to cut off a little the noise of the corridor is reserved for the 2 children's bunk beds, and the sofa bed is very bulky unfolded and noisy as soon as you move a little. The style is very vintage finally, it surprises at first but you quickly appreciate it. No parking (parking 15 minutes at the bottom of the slope)
