The strong points: - The good maintenance and quality of the residence, its tranquility, its view - the surface area of the apartment - The cleanliness - The general quality of the equipment - The "real" kitchen The disappointing points: - The outdated bedding (no duvets, blankets not very fresh) - The discomfort of the sofa (when sitting) - The very insufficient electric lighting in the bedroom and living room - The absence of real WIFI (the 4G key offered is expensive and insufficient in transfer).

In perfect harmony with the description, exceptional location in the city center with private parking. Very bright crossing apartment, terraces overlooking the mountains and the lively town centre. Close to shops. To improve the unsuitable bed linen (no duvet cover or duvet). For the rest it's perfect.

The apartment in the city center is very well located. It is comfortable, offers a splendid view of the mountains of the valley. It is well equipped with kitchen equipment and offers a very practical outdoor parking space. Besides, we did not use our car during our stay because it is very convenient to travel by public transport.

Accommodation ideally located in the center of Chamonix, with an entrance on the shopping street side (with bakery, 2 ice cream parlors, small casino and many restaurants) and a rear exit to the car park (with a reserved space) directly overlooking the bus stop and the Tourist Office. On the 5th, with elevator, no noise from the street. The plus: a balcony with table and chairs to have breakfast or an aperitif facing Mont-Blanc. Functional apartment with separate kitchen and large bathroom.

Apartment ideally located: 5 mins walk from the lifts, 2 mins from the ESF, and directly in the center of Chamonix. May lack equipment such as a fondue set or raclette, and does not have ski storage. Good value for money

No internet, still using a very slow, conventional with limited data modem. Basic things like towels bed sheets are of extra cost, and needs to collected from the agency’s office to the apartment without any help from the staff!! No shampo, toilet paper hand soap or other basic things. The keys shall be delivered back to the agency office and cannot be left inside the apartment when leaving. Most of the light bulbs are burned and still using the non-energy saving/old type of light bulbs.
