Very cozy, spacious apartment, balcony with table. Well equipped. The entire back of the living room is a very bright glass window, opposite a green wall of vegetation separates it from the Arve river, above which there is a spectacular view, Aiguille Midi and the Glacier. Needs improvement: bathrooms with some damage, but clean; increase lighting and a network of sockets; change door locks, the keys did not fit properly.

The apartment has a nice space and there is everything in terms of crockery, washing machine and cleaning supplies, but it could do with some serious updating. The bed needs to be changed because it squeaks strongly at the slightest movement, the duvets are gone as well as the pillows. The carpet is a nest of germs. The sink is split in the bathroom and the decor needs to be modernized. Too bad because this apartment has potential.
