Positive points: - Location - Covered garage 600 meters away - Kitchen equipment - Washing machine - Bathroom / WC Negative points: - Raised bed (be careful of the risk of falling), - Mattress resting on a board and on furniture (no box spring), being disabled in the back, I spent a week taking anti-inflammatories, - Very noisy apartment (plan for better insulation), - Uncomfortable smell in the apartment. Information to be taken into account by the owner.
