Lovely stay in the farmhouse with family. We had a great time, few things could of been better. The toilet in bedroom by laundry room smells was bad coming from it. Lots of dust, under the beds in twin room was quite bad, such a shame as beautiful house, needs a bit of TLC. Otherwise we had a lovely time. Owner brought lots of fresh eggs for us.

Lovely property in great position. Unfortunately there were faults. Untreated flies around property. Continuous noisy water heater heard in twin room and unable to sleep well . When enquired about this the program panel was taken out of the loft hatch in the bedroom and could be turned on and off by getting on to the bed. Which was difficult. The owner turned up unexpectedly when our daughter was on her own. He did not explain who he was and said he had a plumber on site to come into the property. When our daughter explained that it was not convenient he became patronising and rude. I grew up on a farm for 20 years so this attitude was upsetting. Our daughter was very upset by his attitude, he made no apology to us. We left a day early. This could have easily been rectified and avoided.

Beautiful location and accommodation.. Well equipped and nicely furnished with everything you need for a relaxing break. Ideally located and close to lots of places to visit. Martín, owner, very helpful with nothing being too much trouble and provides you with fresh organic eggs from the farm which were divine. Lots of outdoor space for kids to run about and play games. Hot tub would just be the icing on the cake! Would definitely recommend.

Our second stay was most enjoyable A warm and cosy property as we were there in late November with freezing weather outside.. Martin is a very friendly and helpful host. 3 dozen fresh organic eggs on arrival and a couple of bags of logs for the fire. 30 minutes to Bath, were my daughter lives, and some very good local pubs, check out the Langley Tap for Sunday lunch.

Very comfortable, spacious accommodation, with quality fittings - relaxing break.. A lot of wildlife to watch and the hens were amusing too. Peaceful countryside but not the sole property at this location, however this did not affect us as there is plenty of space between properties and ours had its own private seating areas.

We booked this stunning property as it appealed to all our needs. One of friends is disabled and Martin the owner was so accommodating to our requirements, he removed a door, placed ramps to two door, adapted the shower room and ensured the hairdryer was at the right height and accessible. The house was impeccably clean, and had everything you need to stay for a night or more. It's spacious, yet homely. Bathrooms are amazing, love the showers. The beds and pillows were perfect and I am a rather fussy person when it comes to beds/pillows. Martin is approachable and pops round to see you early evening to see how you're doing and check everything is okay. The outside area is very lovely, it's was lovely to see the sun go down with the trees in front of the sun. The property is on a working farm, free range eggs....which are rather yummy. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. It is superb. Thank you Martin
