Primrose Place is a holiday cottage housing a kitchen/diner, sitting room, cloakroom and summer house/games room. Appliances include a Rangemaster with oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, wine cooler, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and for entertainment there is a Smart TV, TV, Wi-Fi, pool table, and table football. The bedrooms include two double, one king-size, one twin, and one single served by a bathroom with bath and walk-in shower, and a shower room with walk-in shower. Outside there is an enclosed garden and parking. Within 0.2 miles or less there is a shop and pub. Sorry, no smoking and no pets. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in rent. Area
Worthing is a major coastal town in West Sussex, in a glorious location. Set just an hour and twenty minute train ride from London, this has been a popular holiday spot since Victorian times. Worthing is a hub of activity with a fantastic choice of cocktail bars, gastro pubs and coffee shops and not only has the sea and lovely beaches on offer, there is also spectacular surrounding countryside with the South Downs National Park practically on your doorstep. With three theatres offering everything from pre-West End plays to international singing stars, theatre-goers are spoilt for choice when visiting this delightful coastal town. For those who enjoy dishes from the sea, The Fish Factory is an award-winning restaurant which prides itself on its excellent locally caught fish dishes along with other delicious seafood. The Crabshack has also been named as one of the Times top seafood restaurants. You could even choose your own seafood from the boats as they land their daily catch! Worthing also has many watersports on offer including kite surfing, wind surfing and paddle boarding so there are plenty of opportunities to try something new. Take a quiet stroll through the beautiful gardens, visit the Worthing Museum or take in the town’s art gallery. Five miles away is Shoreham Airport, which offers light aircraft pleasure trips, or just delight in watching the planes take off and land, while you partake in a spot of afternoon tea! You are just a short drive from both Amberley and Arundel which provide a lovely spot for a day out. Worthing is a wonderful place to visit at any time of year.
