Light, bright, and boasting showstopping vistas of the sea, you'll be hard-pressed to find a backdrop as good as this. The patio is perfect for seafront dining and evening cocktails – plus you'll have a front-row seat to incredible sunsets. Inside, the scenery takes centre stage, too, with floor-to-ceiling windows perfectly framing the coast. The beach is just a short walk away, and Chichester is within easy driving distance – if you can tear yourself away from the view, that is.

Home truths:
*At full capacity, two guests will sleep on a sofa bed in the third bedroom.
*Two small, well-behaved dogs are welcome to join you here.
*Parking is provided for two cars, with additional on-street parking available nearby for free.
*There is no direct access to the beach from the house, but you can access it safely from the slipway, a two-minute walk away.
*There's wire fencing around the seawall for safety, but children should always be supervised to prevent climbing.
*The house is so close to the sea that on rare occasions when strong winds are forecast, see-through mesh screens are fitted on some windows to prevent damage.
