The bedrooms consist of a king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request), twin, and single truckle bed, serviced by a bathroom and cloakroom. Outside, there is an enclosed, rear garden with patio, lawn, furniture, and barbecue, along with off-road parking for two cars. Travel cot and highchair available on request. One-well behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop in 0.5 miles, a pub in 0.3 miles, and a beach in 0.1 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all inc. in rent. 8 Sea Way is a pleasant seaside base for a Sussex getaway. Note: Dogs are not allowed upstairs or on furniture.

The coastal village of Elmer is part of the built-up area around Bognor Regis, resting within the Arun District of West Sussex. The village is home to Elmer Beach, a beautiful and scenic stretch of South Coast seaside, along with a small shopping area with independent shops, a convenience store, two pubs and a restaurant. The nearby town of Bognor Regis, regarded as the sunny capital of England, offers a wealth of eateries, including a selection of bars, pubs and restaurants, as well as attractions including a cinema, theatre, a number of nightclubs and water sporting opportunities. Within close reach you will find the town of Littlehampton and Selsey, offering further amenities, as well as the city of Chichester and the popular resort of Brighton, making this an excellent base for an action-packed seaside break.
