Holiday Rental Description

Nestled in the village of Bosham, there’s lots to love about the location of this modern home. The harbour and cosy pubs are within walking distance, while historic Chichester is only a fifteen-minute drive away. And for a breath of fresh air, the sweeping South Downs National Park is nearby, along with beautiful beaches like West Wittering. Back at the house, there’s plenty of space to relax, with a separate annexe giving you more room to spread out. The large garden is great too – especially when the English sunshine appears.

Home truths:
*The fifth bedroom is in the separate garden annexe. The annexe has a bed in the living area, a kitchenette, and a bathroom. While the inside of the annexe isn't photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
*While this home is in a village where you'll find a few local amenities, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There’s free parking for up to three cars on the gated driveway.
*Starter toiletries are provided. However, you will want to stock up on other essentials such as coffee and tea, as these are not included.
*Self-check-in is available here. You'll either pick up the keys at a nearby property or use a lockbox on the premises. Your host will confirm instructions before your arrival.
*Your host uses a third-party platform called Truvi for ID verification and to manage damage deposits independently from Plum Guide. They'll send you a link to fill out when you book.
