With outdoor seating perfect for alfresco meals in the sea breeze and a balcony to enjoy sunset drinks on, the bay window in the main bedroom is one of our favourite features. At full occupancy, we feel it might get a little cramped in the living spaces, but with all of West Sussex on your doorstep to explore, you can set off before things feel too claustrophobic. Bright and with an enviable location, you can probably see why this home does well for itself.

*While all the bathrooms aren't photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home. *One well-behaved dog is welcome to accompany you during your stay. *We suggest hiring a car for ease – there's parking space for up to three cars. *As there are stairs to climb here, it might not be the best option for those with reduced mobility. *Given the home's central spot, expect to hear some street noise throughout your stay. *If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance. *If you want to stock up on essentials during your stay, you'll find the closest shop minutes away.
