If it weren't for the thatched roof, you'd probably never guess this home dates back to the 18th century. Bright, modern, and with plenty of space to get together (including a garden annexe), we think this is a fantastic find for families. Most hang-outs will take place in the living area, or you can spill out into the garden for barbecues and sundowners. With a playroom, a trampoline, a treehouse, and a seasonal above-ground pool, there’s a lot here to keep little ones entertained. Location-wise, you'll find it halfway between Chichester and West Wittering, just a ten-minute drive from either the beach or city centre.

Home truths:
*Although this home sleeps ten, two bedrooms are for children. A maximum of six adults and four children are allowed.
*The second bedroom is on the first floor. The stairs to reach it are narrow and steep, and won't be suitable for those with mobility issues. The other four bedrooms, including the main suite, are on the ground floor.
*The fifth bedroom is in the annexe in the garden and features it's own kitchenette.
*The above-ground swimming pool is available during the summer months. The steps can be removed when not in use for safety.
*We recommend having a car in this location, especially as there isn't a shop within walking distance. There's ample parking space on the driveway.
