Woods Cottage consists of a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, washer/dryer, fridge with icebox, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee maker. Living/dining room with a Smart TV, feature fireplace and a dining table seating two. The bedroom consists of a king-size with a TV, serviced by a walk-in shower room with a wash basin, heated towel rail and WC. Outside, there is a rear patio with furniture. Drive through the archway to the rear of the cottage to drop off bags, then parking is in a pay-and-display area two minutes' walk from the cottage. One small, well-behaved dog is allowed. Sorry, no smoking. Electric, WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included. You'll find the closest shop in 0.2 miles and a pub in 0.1 miles. Wherever your exploration takes you, enjoy all this with a stay at 13 Birmingham Road. Note: There is a good housekeeping bond of 150 GBP. Note: The cottage is next to a main road, so some traffic noise can be heard. Note: No children allowed. Note: There is a Ring doorbell at the property.
