Granary Cottage is a historic cottage situated in Blackwell, Warwickshire, in the heart of the northern Cotswolds. It is set in the grounds of the owner’s home and flanked to the side by a small paddock/orchard which is often the home to a small flock of friendly sheep. Internally there is an open-plan living room with a dining area and a fitted kitchen. Upstairs has one double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and one small twin bedroom. There is also a ground-floor cloakroom. Outside it has two patio areas with tables and chairs, and allocated parking for two vehicles. Electric Vehicle Charging available - charged locally. Granary Cottage is the ideal property for small families. There is access to several acres of orchard and fields, which is great for children and pets.

Ilmington is a lively village at the highest point of Warwickshire boasting a village shop, two pubs, a Post Office and is known for growing a large selection of apples. Nearby, is the market town of Chipping Campden which sits in the northern part of the Cotswolds and boasts many historical buildings from St. James' church where the Chipping Camden Music Festival is held every year, to the early 17th century market hall upon which the town prides itself. Not only does the town have a rich history but much more, the high street is laced with charming limestone buildings with a range of shops and pubs. Ilmington is a quaint spot for visitors to explore the Cotswolds AONB, as well as the historic towns of Stratford-upon-Avon and Warwick.
