Facilities The kitchen is well equipped with many extras including mixer, blender, cooking tins, vegetable dishes etc. items so you can cater up to 20 guests plus glasses many different types up to 20 guests also plastic children plates, bowls, cups and tumblers knife fork and spoons for up to 6 children also we have a large larder with the old slate tops a large space for the amounts of food required for a large family that will fill this house
Also, in the lounge, there is a small selection of books, lots of maps for walking and lots of leaflets for a great content of information on this beautiful area etc.
Most household items are supplied in our welcome pack to get you started only, such as washing up liquid, washing powder, tumble dryer sheets, hand soap, kitchen and toilet rolls, bin bags, J-cloths, sponges, dishwasher tablets, cleaning items, two hovers two irons two ironing boards etc but NO groceries items supplied because of allergies
Two high chairs and two travel cots can be provided (bed linen not provided for the cots)
Security deposit A security deposit of £250 is required when booking this property. This amount will be added to the total price of your booking and will be refunded after your stay unless the owner discovers damage to the property or its contents after your departure.
Location This is a great base for exploring the wilds of Exmoor - wide open moors or cosy little coves along the coast and many family beaches. It's also a good base to see many of the National Trust properties. Also a good area for coarse fishing, horse riding, and of course walking along the many footpaths of Exmoor!
