Sitting within 2.5 acres of peaceful grounds, this romantic Cotswolds retreat welcomes you to slow down and enjoy total relaxation. Inside, there's plenty of socialising space along with a range of home comforts – making it easy to settle in and unwind. There’s a cosy snug, wood-burning fires, Sonos speakers and a study for remote workers. Outside, you can stroll down to the stream and there’s a barbecue for warm weather days. Private parking is available and it’s just a short drive to Woodstock, Charlbury and Chipping Norton are all within easy reach.

*Please note this home features gated security at the entrance leading to the private parking area. It's also worth noting there is a typical country lane leading to the house and care should be taken upon arrival.
*It is possible for the zip-and-link bed in the second bedroom to be arranged as a super-king-size bed or as two single beds on request.
*Please note there is a stream running through the grounds – young children will need to be supervised outside at all times.
*Stag and hen parties are strictly not allowed here.
