The garden has sweeping views, and there’s lots to keep everyone entertained – from a cinema room, study, gym and sauna, to an outdoor kitchen complete with a bar, beer tap, and pizza oven. Or why not soak in the hot tub while the kids use the trampoline, then end the night by the firepit? A separate annexe with two en-suite bedrooms and its own lounge adds extra privacy. Merton Lake is nearby for scenic walks, and while you’ll need a car to get around, it’s worth it for everything this home has to offer.
