*Private parking is available for up to three cars on the drive.
*Guests have access to all areas of the home, apart from the study, a bedroom on the first floor and the internal garage.
*This is a lived-in home. You should expect some of the host's personal belongings to be present during your stay.
*The host kindly asks guests to observe quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am,
*Please note there is direct access from the garden to the adjacent field where horses, cattle & sheep graze. Guests asked not to enter the field.
