The bedrooms consist of two king-size, one with an en-suite shower room, and two doubles, serviced by a bathroom and ground-floor shower room. Outside there is a rear enclosed garden with furniture and parking is available to the rear of the property, accessed via Beech walk, to the side of the house. Within 0.4 miles or less you will find a shop and a pub and please note that two well-behaved pets are welcome, to be kept downstairs but sorry, no smoking. Nestled into the countryside of Nottinghamshire, with walks beside the River Poulter, Elkesley is a charming village housing a local convenience store for all of your holiday essentials, and a local pub, The Cave Bar, open at weekends during the summer, where guests can enjoy a glass of their favourite beverage in the sunshine. The village is close to the town of Retford, where there are more shops, eateries and pubs, as well as Idle Valley Nature Reserve, where guests can find out more about the local wildlife. Further from the property guests can find more attractions, including Sherwood Forest Railway, the Tropical Butterfly House Wildlife Conservation Park, and the intriguing ruins of Rufford Abbey. Explore the local scenery and enjoy some fresh air with a walk through the picturesque Creswell Crags.
