This city centre pad is in a prime location, with the university, shops and sights on your doorstep. Plus, Nottingham train station is only ten-minutes away when you’re ready to explore further afield. We love that the main bedroom has its own little living space – the perfect place to relax and recharge. And when you’re ready to gather for dinner, drinks, or a cosy evening in, the modern open-plan living and dining area sets the scene. The only downside is the climb to the second floor – there’s no lift – but for a contemporary bolthole with easy access to the city, we think it’s a fair trade.

*Starter toiletries are provided. However, you will want to stock up on other essentials such as coffee and tea, as these are not included.

*Self-check-in is available here. You'll either pick up the keys at a nearby property or use a lockbox on the premises. Your host will confirm instructions before your arrival.

*Your host uses a third-party platform called Truvi for ID verification and to manage damage deposits independently from Plum Guide. They'll send you a link to fill out when you book.

*There's no lift here. You'll need to be able to climb stairs to reach the entrance of the home on the second floor.
