Visit majestic Hexham Abbey and then head into the bustling market town for a wide range of shops, pubs and restaurants. Stroll along the riverbanks of the sparkling Tyne and spot the leaping salmon in autumn and there are two local golf clubs to try. Drive to the pretty village of Corbridge for some excellent shopping and roam history and a must visit is Hadrian's Wall at the edge of the National Park. Outside, there is a patio table and chairs in front of the cottage where you can drink your morning coffee in the sunshine while planning your walking route or trips to visit the local attractions, and you can of course dine alfresco. Just behind the cottage, you will find access three acres of shared parkland for you to walk your dog, enjoy some exercise or simply sit on a blanket with a picnic and watch the sunsets. Parking is off road to the front of the property.
