Bedroom 3 (small step up) with a double bed and en-suite with bath and shower over head, WC, basin and heated towel rail. Main bathroom with bath and shower over head, WC, basin and heated towel rail. OTHER FACILITIES Externally there is parking to the front for 2 cars and a small garden area. To the rear there is a large enclosed garden with a lawn and patio area. Spacious entrance porch. New electric heating throughout. All power, linen and towels included in the rent. 2 dogs welcome.

Dining options include The Bathing House and The Running Fox, while you can stock up on essentials at the nearby convenience store. Just outside of the village you can find the lovely seaside town of Alnmouth with its picturesque beach, eateries, and the close by Warkworth Castle.
