Enter the property through the handy entrance porch with room to store coats, shoes and muddy walking boots. This leads through to the gorgeous lounge, complete with a cosy wood burner nestling under an inglenook fireplace, and adding to the character, its warm oak floorboards and exposed beams overhead. Light the fire and snuggle up on the comfy sofas and watch a movie on the Smart TV with access to Netflix and Bluetooth speakers. The lounge leads through into the kitchen/diner, a bright space with shaker style units and a chunky wooden worktop, where you can enjoy breakfast with family around the stylish dining table. It s a pleasure cooking and entertaining in here, with electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave. There is an outdoor utility room which is home to the washing machine and tumble dryer. Head up to the stairs to the first floor where you will find the two bedrooms, the first is the beautiful master bedroom with views out across the Dales with king size bed and Smart TV, for if you fancy a spot of morning TV. The second bedroom also enjoys lovely front views, a double bed and a Smart TV. Completing the accommodation is the very stylish and contemporary shower room with shower and WC. There is lots to enjoy outside this property too, sitting within a gated area the property has its own delightful patio set behind a white picket fence. There is a circular dining table and chairs, the perfect spot for al fresco dining or that cool sundowner before dining out in the village. There is also a charcoal BBQ provided so you can make the most of those summer evenings. There is off road parking found on the green, subject to availability, just a short walk from the property.
